My ideal house

My ideal house is a cottage home where is located on grasslands next to a river and a forest and there should be one roomy living room, one dining room, one kitchen, one personal library, one studio, one balcony, five rooms and the most important factor—my family members. Inside the house, I will decorate the house by many artificial flowers, rococo cravings and my favorite paintings, including “The School of Athens”, “Young Girls at the Piano” and so on. Outside the house, some vine crawl around the wall. Still, there should be a stable near by so I can keep my lovely two horses.
Both my ideal living room and dining room are some where I make a point of decorating. There must be a unit of good sofa which anyone may sink into after working whole day long. The floor may be covered with a carpet which is made in Turkey and the corner may be filled with artificial sunflowers. The basic color may be cream-colored, white, red or walnut. The dining room may be next to the living room. A candent pendant may magically make food looks much more delicious. A bunch of fresh daisy should be always on the table. White and laced window curtains may show the nature beauty of the vein on the wooden furniture.
The kitchen is probably the place where my family spends most of their time in. Each of my family enjoys cooking and each one has something special. Especially My father and my brother, they even would like to try new dishes after tasting something good. It’s our luck to enjoy the delicacies but both of them seldom keep it clean instead, my mother and I do. So all I ask my ideal kitchen is clean. As long as it is easy-cleaned, it doesn’t matter what kind of style it would be.
Owning a small-scale library where I can collect all different kind of books in my house is my dream. My father likes collecting books, so does my sister. My mother and I often borrow some books from library. However, I have to write reflections for books or I may not be able to memorize each detail. I will place my father’s piano there, too. Both the piano and those books need to be kept in a dry surrounding. I like my father’s piano very much. So far I haven’t heard any piano can be better than my father’s except in some concerts. I will also arrange some comfortable chairs and sofa there and stay there to begin my journey in my mind.
There are five rooms in my ideal house. The biggest one is for my parents who had spent most of their life to taking care of us so one of the goals in my life is to build them a comfortable place to enjoy their rest life. The Chinese style one is for my grandma who is a devotional Buddha follower. A European one belongs to my sister who works as an editor and often shares the fragrance of the books with me. The little library is built for us. Any good book is needy to be shared. Still another room is for my brother. I know he is fond of Japanese culture very much but I am not sure whether he will like a Japanese style or not so I wound let the owner to design it himself. I might decorate my room as a studio. I’d like to have some bookshelf and a wooden desk with drawers, a big window so I can feel the breeze, and a computer with the fastest network there.
To me, the ideal house is one of the goals in my life. I hope it may come true some day although I know it is hard to achieve. The children become adults and hen leave home to fright for their future. It seems impossible to live together forever. But one thing we always keep in mind and treasure about is our family. We may not have chance to riding houses, walking in the forest along the river, reading in the personal library, living in a luxurious house but we can chatting anywhere, sleeping and snoring together, taking care of each other and spending our life in a lovely house and that is everything.
