Mid term

In my opinion, the quality of the person’s previous work would be the priority one. The previous work shows one’s ability and personal quality. Compared with education and experience, ability and personality are the more important key points to identify whether a person suits this work and whether he or she is the one whom we are looking for. Besides, though previous work, we may get some information about education and experience. That’s why I chose it as the best standard.

The quality of the previous work tells many things, including personal attitude、working background、personal style、personality and working ability. If they have prepared presentations, than it would be much easier to compare with each other--did the candidate handle each detail very carefully? Are there page’s number? Is the make-up clear? You can ensure their attitude by the previous work information. What is more, you may find the answer about why they want to change jobs and hat are their aspirations after entering our company. The most important points are their personality and working ability. The best work each one has down, find their advantages and disadvantages than we would not lost the excellence one. After so completely calculation, I believe that though this method we can find a fittingly man.

Education doesn’t mean ability; experience doesn’t mean attitude, neither. Some people can do well on test, but they can’t teach very well; so does their work. If people’s education is pretty high, and they might regard this work as a part-time job because they think they can earn much. A student graduated from training school or college might own better skills than from university. A freshman won’t be worse than an old hand. Usually they are always fall of energy and ambition. Sometimes they can even bring energy to an old company as long as you give them chances. A person who had been worked once or even more is great but it doesn’t mean they really suit it. Maybe they leave last company because some other problem, who knows?

While looking previous work, we can also guess their experience and education stage. Than, why not chose this selection? In another word, what we want to know can both gain though the quality of the person’s previous work. It’s is beyond dispute that we should put stock in.

Human being’s history have told us that IQ is not only the factor to decide if you can be succeed or not but EQ. Today, a wise leader won’t only look at ability and, instead, he will consider the other factors from many aspects. As we know, each one has their advantages and disadvantages, sometimes advantages may turn into disadvantages. Knowing what kind of people we need is above all.
