Single family

Single family means that a family composed by a single parent and children. There are hundreds of causes of single family, such as unmarried to give birth、adoption or divorced parent. However, the transition of the society has a big influence, too. Today, single family has become a generally phenomenon. A single parent or child who came from single family might own some character, too.

Factors of single family are many. The divorced rate has been rising and caused a lot of single family. Many women would rather to adopt a child because they are afraid their body ship may change. Angelina Jolie is a nice example. Besides, there are still other more deeply cause reasons such as view of sex has become very open; some famous people have babies before married; women owns more ideas of their own and economy powers…etc.

To the adults, while facing divorce, the first step is to accept loss. People may develop a lot after overcoming and adapt the new life. Usually, a single parent may put her/his life point on work and children. What the single parent should notice is intercommunication with the children. Don’t let them misunderstand that parents had broke because of them. A single parent might lead a harder life because she or he has to do the whole house work and look after both children and their parents. What single parents might ignore is to make friends and build their own meaningful life.

A child who came from a single family may react extremely. They might be more independent and thoughtful or depressed and autistic. Some children may ignore their parents; the others may get bad grades. However, as long as taking a great care for them, situation would change. Usually, a child grow up under a single family may be more mature.

In the past, people may have some stereotype toward single family such as poor needy. People may even wonder their personality. In fact, sometimes single family take shape because their misfortune. Even a usual family may have a lot of problem or have fight all the time. The traditional bias had pasted away in the present age.

If your friend owns such a background, treat them as usual and take a healthful attitude to concern them. A single family might lead a blissful life.
